Insulated Sectional Doors
Designed to offer the customer a complete door system. Constructed from either 610x40mm deep or 500x50mm deep insulated panels offering a minimum of 0.6 w /m.sq/k ‘U’ value. This value exceeds building regulation requirements. All HPS200/HP200 finishes are available together with cellulose paint finish. Fully glazed doors are available upon request.

Dual Door 550
The innovative Dual Door 550 aluminium fast acting insulated roller shutter door has an opening speed of 550mm per second. Specifically designed to suit busy external openings with high traffic flow. Its fast acting operation dramatically reduces heat loss, noise contamination and airborne pollution and time lost waiting for conventional types of doors to open.
The Dual Door 550 is a cost effective door system while eliminating the need for a traditional roller shutter and high speed fabric door combination.

Dock Levellers
The self-contained hydraulic unit operates from a 415v 3-phase supply and has the safety feature of lip control independent of the platform as standard. This enables the operator full control when positioning the lip. Fitted with full length telescoping toe guards, the levellers meet all current safety legislation. Platform tilts up to 50mm to suit vehicle beds. Other safety features as standard include fall arrest device, should a vehicle pull away leaving the platform unsupported. Finish is one coat primer and one top gloss coat.

KDS Dock Pads, Shelters and Inflatable Seals are an effective means of conserving energy, reducing heat/ refrigerated air loss and stopping the ingress of cold/warm air, rain, snow and wind.

The systems offer protection to your employees against inclement weather, protection to your product and increased safety on loading dock. The protection also helps employees' morale and increases productivity as well as security.
